Finnish Bioindustries FIB appoints Alexandra Peth as Managing Director

Finnish Bioindustries long-term director Carmela Kantor-Aaltonen is retiring in August 2023. M.Sc. Alexandra Peth has been appointed as her successor, in a  Managing Director role for Finnish Bioindustries starting on August 1st, 2023.

Alexandra currently works as Senior Advisor of innovation and finance at Chemical Industry Federation of Finland. She will continue working for Chemical Industry Federation of Finland beside her role as Managing Director of Finnish Bioindustries.

Bioindustry has a promising future ahead as biotechnology will be an important enabler for new innovations, products and services for green transition and health sector,” says Alexandra Peth.

Finnish Bioindustries FIB is Finland's biotechnology industry association, established in 1997. It is a private, independent non-profit organisation.
