Our aim is to improve quality of life by means of tissue engineering and solve practical challenges of the related research in ethically sustainable methods.

RegJoint™ is a tissue engineered solution using body's own healing mechanism to create a pseudo joint. RegJoint™ is guiding normal scar formation in joint cavity after a surgical operation, forming a flexible connective tissue. In three months this tissue is strong enough to act as a joint.

CellCrown™ inserts immobilize a sample (e.g. fibre, foil, membrane, textile, block-like or tissue sample) in the well of a well plate. CellCrown™ cell culture inserts have been used in cell culturing experiments in the research of biomaterials, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, pharmaceuticals, cancer models, and skin substitutes for animal free testing. The studied materials have been varying from biological tissue samples to completely synthetic ones.
