Paras Biopharma (Biologics CDMO) is a high-end expanding biopharmaceutical & technology development company located in Oulu, Finland. As we understand the challenges that are presented by complex biologics, Paras Biopharma has a dedicated team with multiple years of experience in working with novel and innovative recombinant proteins in both upstream and downstream manufacturing. From its state-of-the-art 25,000ft² biologics facility, Paras Biopharma has been successful in developing and producing complex recombinant proteins expressed in E.coli, Pichia pastoris, and Saccharomyces for other clients.

Our scale of operation: fom 20L to 150L to 750L bioreactors, together with complementary downstream capabilities and a full-loaded analytical laboratory.

With classified cleanrooms covering 4,300ft², the setup contains specialised features including media and buffer preparation, live area (fermentation and harvest & extraction), purification suite (incl. +4°C cold room), final filtration and freeze-drying.
